Your data
Fewer hands in the chain, and a clear way out. Every LuminaOS customer runs in their own environment in the EU, and you choose how much of the stack you hold yourself.
A dedicated single-tenant environment for every customer: your own databases and storage, not a shared database. Stored and processed in the EU.
Your databases and uploaded files are encrypted with separate keys created for your tenancy alone. On request, you generate and keep the key material yourself.
On request, the assistant answers from an AI model on a server run for your company alone, inside your environment in the EU.
On request, a mail server for your own domain inside your environment in the EU, with a webmail client. Outbound mail is delivered through Amazon SES in Ireland.
Out of the box, the HR assistant runs on Mistral, a European provider, through its EU endpoint. Mistral keeps no copy of your questions and does not train on them.
Once you supply your export key, every backup also gets an export copy that only you can open, with standard tools. Leaving is never blocked by us.
What this does not do: LuminaOS runs on AWS, a US-headquartered provider, in EU regions, so we do not claim your data is beyond the reach of legal process. We narrow who can touch it, and give you the means to end our access. Every detail is in our Trust Center.
